A blade roast is a joint of beef, cut from the chuck of the animal. Our roast comes boneless. A blade roast is best for pot roast or pulled beef ona bun.

Pickup or Delivery
Once contacted with your total, please plan to pick up your order within 24 hours.

Orders are set out for curb side pick up within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time. Please arrive in a timely fashion.

If you are unable to pickup due to limited mobility, or isolation, a delivery or porch drop off may be arranged for a fee.
